RCH Elite Training develops confident, skilled, and disciplined soccer players through professional coaching and structured development. Our programs include competitive Soccer Sultans teams, additional individual and small-group training, and community soccer opportunities for schools and local organizations. From new players discovering the game to committed athletes preparing for higher competition, we provide a clear pathway to learn, improve, and compete.
About us
RCH Elite Training was founded by Ismail Rachidi, a lifelong soccer player and coach whose experience with the game began in Morocco and continued after moving to the Dallas area. Having played soccer in different environments and cultures, Ismail developed a strong understanding of the technical, competitive, and community sides of the sport. His coaching journey includes assisting experienced coaches, supporting youth teams, leading training sessions, and managing his own developing soccer program. His passion for coaching comes from more than simply teaching players how to pass, dribble, or score. He is committed to helping young athletes develop confidence, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and a genuine understanding of the game. Ismail believes that every player should receive meaningful instruction, encouragement, and an opportunity to progress—regardless of their starting level.
We believe talent is only the beginning. Consistent coaching, purposeful practice, and the right environment are what transform potential into performance. Every session is designed to improve technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence, and character.
RCH Elite Training offers several connected programs designed to support players throughout different stages of their soccer journey. Our additional training sessions help recreational and competitive players strengthen their individual skills through focused technical instruction, small-group exercises, and game-related situations. Our competitive Soccer Sultans teams provide committed players with a more structured team environment focused on long-term development, teamwork, tactical awareness, and preparation for competitive league play. We also provide community soccer programs that can be offered through schools, recreational organizations, camps, and local partnerships. These programs introduce children to soccer in a positive and organized environment while promoting physical activity, confidence, social interaction, and enjoyment of the sport. Skills Training
Improve individual technique, confidence, decision-making, and game performance through private and small-group training.
A coach works with your player exclusively for the full session — no shared attention, no waiting in line. Sessions run 45 minutes and target whatever needs the most work, from first touch to weak-foot control to reading the game.
Coached in pods of 2–4 players matched by age and ability, so every drill stays sharp and every rep counts. Sessions run 60 minutes and mix technical work with light competition against training partners at the same level.
Full-squad sessions run by our senior coaching staff, built around team shape, conditioning, and match-realistic scenarios. Sessions run 75 minutes and mirror what an actual match week looks like, start to finish.

Skills Training

Skills Training sessions are scheduled individually or in small groups around coach and facility availability. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Sessions that begin late due to player arrival will still end at the scheduled time.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used unless the coordinator determines a valid emergency applies.
Sessions cancelled by RCH Elite Training due to weather, facility closure, or coach unavailability will be rescheduled or credited — no action is required from you in these cases.
Soccer training involves inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms the player is physically fit to participate and has disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries in the registration notes. RCH Elite Training coaches are not medical professionals and will follow standard first-aid and emergency procedures if needed.
Session drills, pacing, and focus areas (technical skill, conditioning, tactical work) are determined by the assigned coach based on the player's stated experience level and observed ability, and may be adjusted at any time to support player development and safety.
Training sessions may occasionally be photographed or filmed for coaching feedback purposes and, unless you notify us otherwise in writing, for use in RCH Elite Training marketing materials and social media.
Players and accompanying family members are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. RCH Elite Training reserves the right to pause or end a session, or decline future bookings, in cases of unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Session and package fees are due as communicated by your coordinator at booking. Registration does not guarantee a specific coach or time slot; every reasonable effort will be made to honor stated preferences.

Registering your interest reserves a spot for evaluation — it does not guarantee a roster place. Age-group rosters are limited, and players may be placed on a squad, on a waitlist, or referred to a different age group or our Skills Training program based on coach assessment.
Soccer Sultans is a competitive team environment. Once rostered, players commit to the full season's practice schedule and league fixtures, including away matches that may require travel. Repeated unexcused absences may affect playing time or roster status.
All players, parents, and guardians agree to follow RCH Elite Training's code of conduct: respectful behavior toward teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials at all times, and zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, or unsafe conduct. Our safeguarding policy governs all interactions between staff and minors, including background-checked coaching staff and appropriate adult supervision at all sessions and events.
Competitive soccer carries an inherent risk of injury, including contact with other players. By registering, the parent/guardian confirms the player is medically fit for competitive play and accepts this risk on the player's behalf, while trusting RCH Elite Training to maintain reasonable safety standards in training and matches.
Parents/guardians are responsible for on-time drop-off and pick-up at practices and matches, ensuring the player has proper kit and hydration, and promptly updating the club with any change in medical information or emergency contacts.
Rostered players are required to purchase the official Sultans FC kit and may be subject to a seasonal team fee covering league registration, referees, and facility costs, as communicated upon placement.
We understand circumstances change. Families wishing to withdraw a player mid-season should notify their coordinator as early as possible so the roster and league paperwork can be adjusted; fees already committed to the league may be non-refundable.
Matches and team events may be photographed or filmed by RCH Elite Training, league organizers, or media, and may appear on our website, social media, or league materials, unless you notify us in writing that you opt out.
Information collected during registration is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and use of this site and our programs is governed by our Terms of Service.

When you register for Skills Training or Soccer Sultans, we collect information such as the player's name, age, contact details, guardian information, team/experience history, and any notes you share (for example, allergies or availability). We also collect basic contact details when you reach out to us directly.
Because most of our participants are minors, all registration information is submitted by a parent or guardian, who consents on the player's behalf to the collection described in this policy. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children without guardian involvement.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with league organizers, facility partners, or emergency services where necessary for competitive play or player safety, and with service providers who help us operate our registration systems, under confidentiality obligations.
We retain registration information for as long as needed to administer current and future programs, and as required for safeguarding and league record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about your player at any time, and may opt out of photo/video use for marketing, by contacting us using the details in the footer of this site.

By using this website or registering for any RCH Elite Training program — Skills Training, Soccer Sultans, or community programs — you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the player you are registering.
You agree that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you will promptly update us if any of it changes, including medical or emergency contact information.
RCH Elite Training reserves the right to modify session times, coaches, program content, or team rosters as needed for operational, safety, or developmental reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
Nothing on this website or communicated by our coaches constitutes medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding a player's fitness to participate in physical activity.
Participation in soccer training and competitive play carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCH Elite Training and its coaches, staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries arising from ordinary participation in our programs, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Fees for sessions, packages, or team registration are due as communicated at the time of booking or placement. Refund eligibility depends on the program and notice given, as described in the relevant Pre-Registration Policy & Agreement.
All participants and families agree to treat coaches, staff, officials, and other participants with respect, and to follow the safety instructions of RCH Elite Training staff at all times.
The RCH Elite Training name, logo, and website content are the property of RCH Elite Training and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RCH Elite Training operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of this site or participation in our programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
